Shipping

The cost of shipping varies by location and is calculated at checkout.

All artwork will ship within 5-10 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the listing or communicated with the buyer. Please contact me before purchasing if you need shipping to be expedited.

All artwork will ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If you choose “local pick-up” during checkout, I will contact you within three business days of you placing your order, and we will work together to find a time and location that works for both of us.

All artwork is insured to cover any unforeseen damages that could occur during the shipping process—although I haven’t had any issues so far.

I take great care to package artwork in secure, archival (and often recycled) packaging to ensure that your painting arrives in its original condition.

If for some reason your painting or print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days to provide proof of damage during shipping. Upon providing that proof, you will be issued a full refund.

We are not liable for any damages that occur after shipping, lost/stolen/undelivered packages, or orders placed to the wrong address.

Returns + Exchanges

I take great care when photographing and listing artwork to be as clear and transparent possible.

Please note that colors may vary slightly from one computer monitor to another, so you may want to check listings on multiple screens if you’re concerned about these slight differences.

Because of the care I take with the accuracy of listings, I do not accept returns on original artwork (except if the work is damaged during shipping).

I do accept returns and exchanges on prints. If you’re interested in exchanging your print, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and return your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

When returning or exchanging artwork, you, the buyer, are responsible for the cost of shipping to return your order, as well as any damage to the item that occurs while in your possession or during return.
